Store Policies at mySockService.com offers the following Returns Policy: Sales tax is automatically calculated and applied to your order in accordance with the regulations of the state in which your shipping address is located. The amount is specified in the "Sales Tax" field of your online purchase summary. No additional shipping costs for our socks or knee socks - shipping is included, we don't ship to PO Boxes We generally ship the socks or knee socks via USPS, however appropriate shipping will be determined by us. No returns are accepted after 5 days. Items which have been used, or not returned in original, undamaged packaging will not be accepted. Socks that have the Labels taken off can not be returned.
All returns that are not due to error on our behalf will be subject to deduction of shipping fees and card processing fees
